Starter — $97/month
Who it’s for: A business owner who’s curious about AI, wants to test it without betting the farm, and is willing to do some setup themselves.
You get one AI agent configured with one skill template — that’s enough to automate one real task in your business. Appointment reminders. Lead follow-up emails. Weekly report generation. Pick one thing that’s eating your time and hand it off.
The free Academy courses walk you through exactly how to use what you’ve got. Most Starter customers are running their first automated workflow within a week.
This is not a toy plan. One well-configured agent, doing one job consistently, is worth more than ten half-built dashboards you log into twice and forget about.
When you’re ready to do more, upgrading to Pro takes about five minutes.
Best for: Solo operators, freelancers, small retail businesses testing the waters.

Pro — $297/month
Who it’s for: A business owner who already believes AI can help and wants to deploy it across multiple workflows without managing infrastructure themselves.
Three agents means three jobs running simultaneously without you touching any of them. A research agent pulling competitor intel. A customer follow-up agent handling re-engagement. A writing agent drafting your weekly newsletter. They don’t compete for your attention — they work in parallel.
ClawRouter is what makes the difference at this tier. It’s smart routing: when a task comes in, ClawRouter sends it to the right agent automatically. You don’t think about which agent does what. You just get results.
Three skill templates means you’re not building from scratch. We’ve pre-built the most common use cases — pick the three that fit your business and your agents are productive from day one.
Priority support means you’re not waiting two days for an email response when something breaks.
Best for: Established small businesses, local service providers, e-commerce operators with real volume.

Business — $497/month
Who it’s for: A business owner who’s serious about running AI as actual infrastructure — not a side project.
Five or more agents means you have enough coverage to genuinely take things off your plate. Research, writing, customer retention, operations, sales support — each function has an AI component handling the routine work while you focus on decisions that actually need a human.
Email Shield and security hardening are included at this tier because at this scale, you’re a target. These aren’t marketing features — they’re operational necessities. We configure your agents to operate securely and monitor for threats.
Every skill template we’ve built is yours to use. You’re not picking three — you get the full library.
The monthly strategy call with Ken is what most Business customers say is worth the plan by itself. One hour a month where someone who’s actually built and run an AI workforce looks at what you’ve built, tells you what’s working, what’s not, and what to do next. This isn’t a support call. It’s a strategic review.
Best for: Multi-location businesses, operators with $500K+ annual revenue, anyone who’s tried other AI tools and found them lacking.

Enterprise — $2,000+/month
Who it’s for: Organizations that need custom AI deployment, dedicated infrastructure, and a partner — not a vendor.
Unlimited agents means the ceiling is gone. Your workflow, your volume, your complexity — we build around what you actually need, not a template we designed for someone else.
Dedicated infrastructure means your agents run on hardware allocated exclusively to you. No shared resources, no noisy neighbors, no performance unpredictability.
White-glove onboarding means we don’t hand you documentation and wish you luck. We build alongside you. We learn your processes. We configure your agents. We train your team. You’re operational before the first invoice is due.
Custom integrations mean if you run legacy systems, proprietary software, or industry-specific tools, we connect them. CRMs, ERPs, POS systems, industry databases — if there’s an API or a data export, we can work with it.
Enterprise pricing starts at $2,000/month and scales with scope. Every engagement is scoped before it starts — no surprises.
Best for: Mid-market companies, multi-unit franchises, organizations with complex workflows and the budget to automate them properly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I own my data?
Yes. Full stop. Your data lives on your infrastructure or on hardware allocated exclusively to your account. We don’t mine it, sell it, or use it to train models. When you leave, you take your data with you — everything is exported in readable formats. We’ve built our own setup this way because we wouldn’t have it any other way, and we extend the same standard to every client. If a vendor can’t answer this question clearly, that’s your answer.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel at any time. No cancellation fees, no lock-in periods, no 90-day notices. When you cancel, your agents stop running at the end of your billing period and you get a full export of your data and configuration files. We’d rather you leave cleanly and come back later than feel trapped into staying. The configuration files mean you can rebuild your setup elsewhere if you want to — we give you full portability because we think that’s the right way to run a business.
Can I run this on my own hardware?
Yes, and we’d encourage it if you have the technical appetite. Ken runs his entire 12-agent fleet on five machines in his home — no cloud dependency, no monthly cloud bills, total control. If you want to do the same, we can set you up on your own hardware. The Setup Sprint ($500 flat) is designed exactly for this. If you’d rather not manage hardware yourself, we handle infrastructure on your behalf. Either way, your agents are yours.
How fast can I get started?
Starter and Pro customers are typically running their first automated workflow within 48–72 hours of signing up. Business customers with complex workflows take one to two weeks, mostly because we spend time understanding your processes before we build. Enterprise engagements are scoped individually — realistic timelines are discussed before you sign anything. The fastest path to day one is the Setup Sprint: two hours with Ken, and you walk away with a working agent. Most people leave that call surprised at how fast it goes.
What’s the difference between an agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot waits for you to ask it something, then answers. An agent acts. It runs on a schedule, monitors inputs, makes decisions, and completes tasks — without you prompting it every time. A customer service chatbot answers questions when customers ask. A customer retention agent notices a customer hasn’t come back in three weeks, sends them a personalized message, tracks whether they respond, and follows up again at day seven — all without you doing anything. Chatbots are reactive. Agents are proactive. That’s the difference.
Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a free consultation and, for Bounceback™ customers, a first-month pilot. We don’t offer free trials on the full managed workforce plans because setup takes real time and work — a trial period would mean we’re doing that work for free on the chance you convert. What we do instead is be extremely transparent about what you’ll get before you sign up. The consultation isn’t a sales call — it’s a conversation about what you actually need and whether we’re the right fit. If you’re not a good candidate, we’ll tell you.

Not Sure Which Plan?
Book a free 30-minute consultation. We’ll look at what you’re actually trying to automate, tell you which plan makes sense, and give you an honest answer if the answer is “you’re not ready for this yet.”
No pitch deck. No sales cycle. Just a conversation.
